  • Intel released the ‘Project Battlematrix’ AI workstation that includes up to eight Arc Pro B60 GPUs for better performance.
  • The Arc Pro B60 is equipped with 24GB of memory, allowing for better AI performance in your workstation.

At Computex 2025 in Taipei, Taiwan, Intel expanded its professional GPU lineup with the Intel Arc Pro B50 and B60 GPUs, designed for AI inference and professional workstations. Using Xe2 architecture, these GPUs are built for creators, AI software builders, as well as architects, engineers and workers in the construction field. Vivian Lien, Vice President and General manager of Client Graphics at Intel, stated, “The Intel Arc Pro B-Series showcases Intel's commitment in GPU technology and ecosystem partnerships.”

With a price of $299 and 16GB of GDDR6 memory, the Arc Pro B50 handles up to 170 TOPS (trillions of operations per second) and is suited for major design and engineering businesses. The Arc Pro B60 is equipped with 24GB of memory, allowing for better AI performance in your workstation. Both GPUs incorporate Intel Xe Matrix Extensions (XMX) AI cores and advanced ray-tracing units, delivering high-performance solutions for demanding workloads.

Additionally, the company announced the Intel Arc Pro B60 Dual 48G Turbo, an AI and workstation card that features two GPUs and 48GB of GDDR6 memory. It offers an 8+8 connection through PCIe 5.0, a vapor chamber for cooling and a metal backplate for dissipating heat, all within a two-slot frame.

Intel released the ‘Project Battlematrix’ AI workstation that includes up to eight Arc Pro B60 GPUs for better performance. These processors will begin to reach Intel-authorized resellers from July 2025. In addition, Intel revealed that the Intel Gaudi 3 AI accelerator can be used in PCIe and rack-scale setups and made its AI Assistant Builder tool on GitHub available, as part of 40 years of successful collaboration with Taiwan’s IT industry

This launch follows Intel’s recent Arc Battlemage GPUs (B580, B570), which saw high demand. Despite expectations for an Arc B770 Gaming GPU, it was absent at Computex, though Intel’s focus on professional GPUs strengthens its position against rivals Nvidia and AMD.
