Cognizant and Microsoft have partnered to build Innovation Assistant, a tool driven by
generative artificial intelligence (GenAI). It is based on the Microsoft Azure
OpenAI Service and will complement the IT and consulting firm's internal innovation initiative, Bluebolt.
The Innovation Assistant is designed to enable “greater creativity and innovation” among teams of Cognizant employees working to solve client challenges across industries, the US-based IT firm said, as per economic times.
Leveraging GenAI for Bluebolt will assist Cognizant staff in developing virtual advice and real-world support that will benefit clients by leveraging the company's knowledge and co-innovation, according to the statement.
