At the 2023 NAMM Show, BenjiLock will present the fingerprint-based technology and give music stores, business professionals, touring organisations, and student talent a sneak peek at the fresh strategy in the TKL Cases booth (Hall D, Booth 6002). The festival, which takes place in Anaheim, California, from April 13 to 15, is renowned for introducing cutting-edge products to the music business.
The biometric sensor in the TSA-accepted padlock swiftly scans the owner's fingerprint to open the lock with only one touch. By entering a valid access code, users whose fingerprints are not stored in the lock can release the cutting-edge cable shackle. In this implementation, the biometric sensor and keyway are directly visible to the tried-and-true BenjiLock technology.
Under the TKL trademark, TKL Products provides a full selection of hardshell, moulded, and soft cases to musicians. The business is the top provider of hard and soft cases to music producers, retailers, distributors, and manufacturers worldwide. As a result of the agreement, owners of bass guitars, ukuleles, banjos, mandolins, resonators, and acoustic and electric guitars will soon be able to use the cutting-edge BenjiLock fingerprint solution.
BenjiLock founder and CEO Robbie Cabral warmly welcomed the partnership. "As a musician, I am keen to expand our technology to this sector, and BenjiLock's lead investor Kevin O'Leary is also an avid musician," said Cabral. "We were searching for a committed partner with a compelling track record in the business, and TKL Cases ticks all the right boxes."
"We've been looking for a way to bring high levels of security, property protection, and innovation to musicians without compromising comfort, convenience, or aesthetics," added Jeff Moore, chief operating officer of TKL. "That's why I'm excited to team up with BenjiLock. We are now equipped to deliver even better features for our customers."
BenjiLock has had a busy year. At the CES on the Hill event last year, BenjiLock collaborated with other tech behemoths like Samsung, IBM, and Meta to demonstrate their products to politicians in Washington, D.C. Products from BenjiLock are frequently cited as being useful on business and leisure vacations. Additionally, Cabral has recently shared information with other startups and business owners by speaking on a variety of panels at CES 2023 and NASA's second annual ImaginAviation event about innovation, startup methods, and endurance.
